Refunds

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your goods. The goods must be in their original packaging and must be undamaged and fully resalable. 

Once returned and verified as being in the correct condition, a refund will be issued to you for the full price of the goods less the delivery charges. If the goods that are returned are not in a fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, then we reserve the right to refuse the refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A copy of your original receipt must be placed in an envelope and then securely attached to the returning goods.


Exchange
Items can be exchanged within 28 days of receipt of your goods. The goods must be in their original packaging and must be undamaged and fully resalable.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an item or order, you must inform us in writing. You can do this preferably by email, or by post.

Cancellation must be made within 7 days of placing your order. If we have sent a despatch email notification before the cancellation is made then the delivery charge is non refundable. If the cancellation is made before the despatch email is sent by us then all charges are refunded.

Faulty Goods

If the products purchased are faulty, and providing that we are informed within 28 days of receipt of the goods, we will offer a like replacement. If the goods are not available then a full refund will be made. Faults resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect installation or normal wear and tear will not be covered.

If a collection is required then you should contact us by email at or by telephone on 01708 926519, quoting your sales receipt number. Please note that goods can only be collected between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

It may take up to 28 days to verify and process your claim once the goods have been collected from you. Due to banking laws all refunds must be credited to the original payment card used. If more than one item was ordered but a lesser quantity is returned due to faults then the delivery charge is non refundable.

Missing or Damaged Goods

You should notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery if any of the goods you have purchased arrive incomplete or damaged. If a collection is required then you should contact us by email at sales@tileideas.co.uk or by telephone on 01708 926519, quoting your sales receipt number.
